These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are between Hangzhou Yanran Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you regarding your use of the CinePro mobile application and related services (the “Services”). Please read carefully before use. If you do not agree, do not download or use CinePro.
CinePro provides professional mobile camera features, including but not limited to video recording and photos, filters and LUTs, monitoring tools such as waveform, histogram, and zebra patterns, AI composition assistance, online filter downloads, and optional CinePro Pro membership benefits. Features and availability may change; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You are responsible for your use of CinePro and for any photos, videos, audio, project files, or other content you create using the app (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.
Videos you record, photos you take, and related files are stored locally on your device by default. Unless you export, save to your photo library, or share to a third party, we do not upload them to our servers.
AI composition assistance and similar features are processed on your device. Frames used for these features are not uploaded to our servers.
You must comply with applicable laws and respect others’ privacy and likeness rights when using CinePro and User Content.

CinePro offers auto-renewable subscriptions processed by the Apple App Store (cinepro_pro_monthly and cinepro_pro_yearly). Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple’s rules. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Membership benefits, prices, and feature scope may change; current terms will be shown at purchase where required. Where supported, you may restore eligible subscriptions on the same Apple ID through Restore Purchases.
CinePro software, interface, filter assets, trademarks, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. No rights are transferred to you except as needed to use the Services.
If you believe content accessible through our Services infringes your rights, notify us in writing with: (a) identification of the work; (b) location of the material; (c) your contact details; (d) a good-faith statement of unauthorized use; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
CinePro may include third-party links or integrations (for example, sharing through the system share sheet). Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the CinePro Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to that Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CinePro is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-assisted features (such as composition suggestions) are for reference only and do not constitute professional photography or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of CinePro.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
