CinePro is a professional mobile camera app offering video recording, filters and LUTs, monitoring tools, and AI composition assistance. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the CinePro mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
On first launch, we show a privacy notice where you can choose whether to allow basic analytics. You can continue using core features regardless of your analytics choice. By downloading or using the Services, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Device and technical information. If you agree to analytics, we may collect device model, operating system name and version, app version and build number, language and region, time zone, identifierForVendor (IDFV), and a device fingerprint derived from IDFV to help keep the Services stable and improve the product.
Usage and analytics information. With your consent, we may collect how you use the app, such as session start/end, page enter/exit, button taps, feature events (e.g., filter, resolution, frame rate, record/photo, purchase flow, membership status), and error information. This data is sent to our servers at matrix3f.com.cn for processing and storage.
Subscription and purchase information. CinePro Pro membership is processed by the Apple App Store. We receive only product identifiers needed to verify subscription status (such as cinepro_pro_monthly and cinepro_pro_yearly). We do not receive your full payment card details.
Resource download information. When you download filter templates or other resources from our servers, we may log necessary request and download data for content delivery, caching, and troubleshooting.
Feedback and support. If you contact us by email, we collect what you submit and your contact details so we can respond.
Photos and videos. Videos you record, photos you take, and related project files are stored locally on your device by default. Unless you export, save to your photo library, or share to a third party, we do not upload your media to our servers.
On-device AI processing. AI composition assistance and similar AI features run entirely on your device. Frames processed for these features are not uploaded to our servers.
We do not sell personal information. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
On first use, you may choose Accept & Continue (allow basic analytics) or Continue without analytics. If you decline analytics, we will not continue collecting the usage data described above for analytics purposes after that choice. You can read this full Policy at any time.
